Born in 1964 , he completed his BFA in Painting from College of Fine Arts, Hyderabad.
He was awarded by Konaseema Chitrakala Parishath, Andra Pradesh in 1993 and by Hyderabad Art Society in 1995.
He has shown his works in Pune, Bhopal, Baroda, Cochin, Hyderabad, New Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Pondichery, Banglore, Kolkata, Germany, USA, UK, Denmark, Copenhagen, Italy and Hong Kong.
His world of human figures is a universal conglomerate of men and women contorted within their circumstances.
He says - I prefer to paint people and the environment in my village and sharing beautiful moments with them. I like to depict the happiness one can derive from the small things in life. I try to bring joy to my people through my colors.
