Ramesh Gorjala
He completed B.F.A. (Painting) from J.N.T.U., Hyderabad, A.P. A recepient of many awards, Ramesh also received Mahatma Gandhi Birth Centenary Memorial Award for the year 2000 from Victoria Technical Institute (V.T.I.) and State Award from A.P. Crafts Council for the year 2002. He has shown his works in India and London. Gorjala revisits the episodes from Mythology and popular hindu epics in his works. His picture surface is rich with delicately painted chronicals from the epics which fill up the principle forms and some parts of the background space.
